Sales Executive

Specializing in several product categories, we source product needs as simple as printed toy stickers, to as complicated as detailed injection molded OEM components used in manufacturing. We have immediate opportunities for Sales Manager/Executive to join our East Coast Region team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidates will have a strong record of building client relationships and closing deals. We offer fixed salary plus generous sales commission and competitive benefit package.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate high volume sales result by building in-depth relationships with new and existing corporate customers.

- Anticipate, research, plan and implement strategy and tactics consistent with overall sales goal.

- Bridge external customers and internal service staff to ensure efficient, positive and seamless processing.

- Experienced sales representative, with a proven sales record. Prefer ASI distributor or supplier background.

- Strong problem solving skill set required and/or project management experience.

- Ability to communicate with clients at executive levels.

- Quick learner, self-starter and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to travel for meetings and trade shows.

- Ability to utilize current network of corporate contacts, is helpful but not required.

- Bachelor’s Degree along with 5 years experience as a sales professional, including outbound phone sales preferred, however experience will be taken into consideration.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.


QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.

- 5 years experience as a Sales professional.

- At least 3 years of experience in the promotional product industry.

- Proven successful sales experience; good pre-qualifying and closing record.

- Enjoy working with clients; excellent team member.

- Excellent negotiating, problem solving and project management skills.

- Results focused, optimistic and motivated to succeed.
