Account Manager
Position Responsibilities:

- Own the total customer relationship including setting the strategic and tactical plans for assigned customers

- Achieve annual for sales and margin budgets

- Manage and grow sales with assigned customers

- Cultivate and leverage customer relationships with key stakeholders and buyers

- Manage special order projects including ideation, sourcing, quoting, and order implementation

- Initiate contact with existing and potential buyers to identify their needs and sell appropriate services to meet those needs

- Partner with shared services team to drive on-line stores sales by leading the strategy for merchandising, marketing, inventory control, etc.

- Help to lead, mentor and train others

- Other duties as assigned


- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

- Previous sales experience in a B2B environment, promotional products or related experience preferred

- Must have excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects

- Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Able and will to work well with deadlines, last minute rush requests, as well as work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Possess and project a positive, professional attitude. Be a team player; must be flexible and have the initiative to work overtime when necessary to complete a project

- Able and willing to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, co-workers, supervisors and management

- Self-driven, motivated, and results oriented
