Goals

- Increase share of wallet with Top 20 customers by 15% by 2020

- Collaborate Business Development team in order to close $8 Million in new business each year

- Maintain sales costs within budgeted levels

- Evaluate current Account Management organizational structure and recommend potential changes

- Reduce time to reach forecasted sales with new customers by 6 months

- Improve employee satisfaction results by 10%

- Dramatically reduce existing turnover rate


Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of 25 Directors and Account Managers

- Develop plans and strategies for increasing business and achieving company’s sales goals

- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement

- Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, Shared Services and other departments to deliver profitable growth

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in order to ensure account retention

- Hire, on-board, coach and develop new sales people and sales leaders

- Serve as member of sales leadership team


Experience

- Promotional products or related products and services

- Managing customers with 7 figure sales

- Managing a team of 15 + salespeople and sales leaders

- Working cross functionally

- Managing remote employees

- Selling to marketing, procurement, branding, meeting & events


Skills

- Strong ability to coach sales reps and sales leaders to higher performance

- Skilled at driving adoption strategic sales plans

- Managing company’s revenue forecast

- Skilled at building rapport and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers
