Account Executive

Dallas, TX
The Account Executive is responsible for the timeliness, organization and quality of all orders, presentations, samples, proofs, and general client needs for a given group of accounts.  Specific tasks include placing orders, ordering samples, researching products, compiling and arranging presentations, and following up with clients on requests.  The job requires rapid response to clients, flexibility, creativity, a sense of urgency, and attention-to-detail.  This position is also responsible for growing a set of clients that has great potential for revenue growth.
 
Specific job requirements:
  • Work with Sales team to improve client relationship
  • Schedule brainstorms
  • Create presentations
  • Order samples
  • Obtain virtuals
  • Coordinate client gifts and thank you’s per directions of salesperson
  • Maintain customer mailing list for marketing purposes
  • Contact suppliers for inventory
  • Attend tradeshows
  • Complete project related tasks in Asana
  • Create new Asana tasks and re-assign appropriately
  • Build relationships with client
