Vice President of Operations

Napa, CA
Responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, webstore, accounting, HR, recruiting, production (in house embroidery) and purchasing teams and team managers
  • Create and execute business strategies, plans, and procedures for the operations teams
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth using KPI's and aligning with company objectives
  • Perform regular evaluations of operations team members and managers
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors
  • Update and Manage the Health and Safety programs
  • A strong understanding of ERP and CRM software (ProfitMaker, ACT, Aturian, Pipeliner)
  • Running point on all program business (designing the program, website, integration, accounting, customer service processes)
  • Payroll/PTO/401K Contributions
  • Calculating Commissions/Recording/GNE Rebate Tracking
  • Renewing MBE/WBE/CPUC/Green Biz Certifications
  • Review Reports and Financials to monitor Margins, Expenses/Samples, and Open Orders w/ Vouched Costs
  • Run and identify targets on the Collections Report
  • Run A/P Report and identify who/when to pay
  • Balancing Report
  • Quarterly Reimbursement on Customer Owned Inventory
  • Healthcare Benefits
  • Assisting with copywriting, holiday gifts, calendars, self-promo campaigns
 
About You:
 
  • Must have at least 5 years of promotional products operations experience
  • Must have strong demonstrated project management experience
  • Must have Proven track record as an operations leader in production, logistics and e-commerce
