Supplier Account Executive

A promotional product industry supplier is seeking a qualified, remote Account Executive. The Account Executive will work under the Sales Manager and work on all tasks relating to sales, account management, and daily order processing.

Business Development Tasks
  • Manage and grow strategic house accounts
  • Sell and close at a high level
  • Follow up on warm leads
  • Prospect for new corporate accounts
  • Grow and train our reseller account base
Daily Sales Tasks
  • Answer incoming sales phone calls
  • Respond to emails from new and existing customers
  • Provide great customer service
  • Input orders into our order management and fulfillment systems
  • Utilize company CRM & opportunity funnel
  • Ongoing reports of weekly progress and targets
Marketing Tasks
  • Work with the graphic design team for customer proofs and designs to assist in sales.
  • Take on special tasks as needed
Qualifications, Required Skills, and Required Abilities:
  • Education requirements: Bachelor's degree
  • Sales experience: Minimum of 4 years of sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be comfortable on the phone
  • Team oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and general internet
  • navigation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be high energy, self-directed, and results-oriented
  • Proficient in; Zendesk or other CRM (not required but highly
  • encouraged), Word, Excel, Email, and general internet navigation.
  • Ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats
