Account Executive

We're seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented person to provide day-to-day account management to an established ~$1 million per year book of business.

The Account Executive will be trained by the two outgoing Account Executives, will be introduced to each of the existing clients, and will ultimately be responsible for maintaining and growing these relationships. The Account Executive must possess excellent written and verbal skills and have the ability to collaborate across all areas of the delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
  • Selling a broad range of marketing services. These services include: image and branding, creative services, graphic design, web design, email marketing, print, direct mail, mailing and fulfillment services, promotional items.
  • Work with in-house support team to prepare client presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and solidify client relationships and seek out new sales opportunities from
  • existing clients
  • Develop new clients from client referrals within and outside of the existing client organizations

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
  • Proven success in marketing project management or customer service, demonstrated by 2+ years of experience in marketing-related customer service or account management
  • Experience in the Promotional Products/Ad Specialties space is a plus

  • 15 days of paid vacation per year, accrued on a monthly basis
  • 5 paid sick/personal days per year, beginning after 3 months of employment

  • Life insurance: 1x W-2; 100% paid by the company
  • Short-term disability – 60% of weekly salary up to a maximum weekly benefit of $1,000 per week. Maximum benefit duration of 13 weeks.

  • Business-related mileage paid at prevailing rate
