We’re looking for a hungry, motivated team player to join our team. As an Account Manager, you would be responsible for servicing and growing current accounts while using a consultative approach. We believe in the power of the promo and go to work each day striving to make our customers look good, feel good and perform better so they improve their market position.
Although our office is in Austin and many of our customers are in the Austin and Dallas areas, this position can be done remotely. As things return to normal, meeting with clients in person will start happening again and light travel will be required, mostly within the state of Texas. Currently our sales team utilizes our sales support coordinator for help before the sale, and a production manager to place and manage orders until they ship to the client.
We estimate the clients assigned to this account manager to book $400,000 in 2022.

5+ years sales experience
Experience with industry platforms such as Sage & commonSKU
A willingness to learn and a competitive spirit
This position will be paid a base salary of $60,000 plus commission.
2.5% will be paid on the first $450K in sales
5% will be paid on the next $150K in sales ($450K-$600K)
8% will be paid on the next $150K in sales ($600K-$750K)
10% will be paid on sales beyond $750K
Commissions are paid on orders with a minimum 33% margin
First commission payment occurs once annual sales hit $300K
Commissions are based on orders that have been invoiced
