Remote Senior Account Manager

We are a fast-growing firm that has activated thousands of brands and accelerated growth for some of the world's most recognized companies. We're seeking a Remote Senior Account Manager to grow existing accounts and nurture inbound leads into customers.

The right candidate will be an experienced and ambitious sales professional in the promotional products industry who is motivated to embrace inbound sales and eager to reach their goals.

Position Overview:

The Remote Senior Account Manager serves as the primary contact for the client during the sales process. Responsible for supporting and managing a diverse range of existing accounts and growing sales in your existing accounts. Accountable for managing and nurturing inbound leads into new customers.

Responsible for producing pricing information, quotes, and creative, high-quality presentations resulting in client purchases and strengthening client relationships. Works in tandem with the creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery of products.

  • Grow business within assigned accounts.
  • Proactively increase sales by reactivating previous customers within assigned accounts.
  • Respond and manage assigned inbound leads resulting in new business.
  • Responsible for sourcing products, quoting, and presentations resulting in client purchases.
  • Work in tandem with suppliers, art department, production, accounting, etc. to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery of products.
  • Manage contacts, all communication and sales pipeline within the HubSpot CRM.
  • Be genuine and transparent. Despite our best efforts, sometimes things go wrong and we have to embrace that inevitability.
  • Be proactive with your clients. Show them you really care by keeping an eye out for their aesthetic/brand and proactively send them ideas, virtual, and samples.
  • Have a keen eye for the latest trends, fashion, and up-and-coming retail brands.
  • Contribute to the onboarding and training of support personnel as required.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of account management experience in the promotional products industry.
  • Demonstrated selling skills and achievement of sales goals.
  • The ability to research products and translate them into client presentations and orders.
  • Attention to detail and expert organizational skills.
  • Tenacious ability to hit deadlines and meet commitments.
  • Amazing communication skills, outstanding writing skills, and superb listening skills.
