Position: Production Coordinator

Pay: $60,000 to $70,000 DOE

Job type: Full-time

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 AM Monday to Friday

About the Job:

We are a B2B company that specializes in the sale of branded merchandise (promotional products, embroidered & screen printed apparel), and seeking an EXPERIENCED production coordinator in the advertising specialties industry for our Alpharetta office. This position will be responsible for project management from start to finish and administrative work for our outside sales team.

Job Duties/Requirements:
  • Promptly and accurately enter customer orders and move orders to next step in order flow
  • Project Management – ensure each step in the order workflow is met with quality and in a timely manner
  • Responsible for deadlines and ensuring projects ship and deliver by due dates
  • Responsible for quick order clarification relating to any unclear or missing customer order information
  • Provide direction and support to all internal departments that support the customer – special order, account services, merchandising, customer service – to insure client needs are met.
  • Contribute during group problem-solving and strategy meetings with our Strategic Account team.
  • Contribute to a safe, respectful, and productive work environment
  • Maintain regular and punctuality attendance - in good standing
  • Perform job functions with consistency and regularity, minimizing quality issues and missed deadlines
  • Be flexible to do whatever work is asked of you by your Supervisor or manager to ensure business success
  • Contacting vendors for prince quotes, freight quotes, inventory checks and production timelines. 

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the Advertising Specialties Industry
  • Excellent verbal, written and group communication skills.
  • Requires the ability to multi-task in a challenging, production-oriented environment
  • Must possess the ability to perform quality evaluation of data entry
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent mathematic skills
  • Self-starter and results oriented
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal and external customers
  • Extremely Detail oriented with strong administrative follow-up and follow-through
  • Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, ESP, Sage, Safari, and Adobe Illustrator a Plus).
