Creative Director, Marketing

Primary Purpose: This Director will drive the growth and strength of the Company’s brand in B2B industries across corporate, travel and resort, retail that leverage pull-through marketing at its core. The Creative Director, Marketing will work closely with the Sales, Creative, and Product Development Teams to provide input and market perspective in support of their efforts across five business units.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop marketing tools and resources (emails, flyers, sell sheets, etc.) for the sales team, and distributors
  • Coordinate trade shows (virtual and in-person) to ensure proper credentials are in place, planograms are established, and all material (samples, giveaways, etc.) are prepared in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain Email Marketing programs for multiple divisions including customization and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Optimize marketing investments across products and product lines
  • Develop and lead social media and social networking campaign strategies
  • Communicate a well-structured marketing and branding strategy to all levels of the Company
  • Develop and lead analysis and execution of business opportunities and plans related to new product introductions, distribution channel strategies and new market and service opportunities.
  • Own content creation and partner with creative teams to develop and enhance catalogs, brochures, and online content
  • Maintain company website including product updates, pricing, banners and related content
  • Lead analysis and tracking of competitive environment and industry trends
  • May perform other duties and participate in additional projects as required by the business.
  • Lead team across marketing, design, photo, and video

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility in strategic marketing and brand strategy. This includes 5 years in business building roles, and a minimum of five years in a management role driving marketing and or brand strategy and execution. A Bachelor’s degree in Business is required and an MBA or advanced degree is desirable, but not required. The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
